On February 16th Menlo College celebrated the beginning of the Lunar New Year, commonly known as Chinese New Year. 2018 is year of the Dog in the Chinese zodiac, children born this year are predicted to be communicative, responsible, and serious. Traditions vary, but most celebrations involve games, fireworks, and family reunions all sealed up with a great feast. Photos by Amaryon Bates.
